Feviva performance

Train With Purpose

Performance isn’t about ego. We don’t train for the praise of men, but to glorify God with our bodies (1 Corinthians 9:27). Our goal is to be strong enough to carry the cross daily — in discipline, endurance, and faith.

Our Training Philosophy

  • Hybrid Athletics → blending gymnastics, calisthenics, strength & conditioning, Olympic lifting, and VO₂ max training.
     
  • Mobility First → moving well matters more than lifting heavy.
     
  • Muscle Endurance → building strength that lasts, not fleeting power.
     
  • Cardio & Conditioning → running the race with perseverance.
